Well this has got to be one of my favourite projects I’ve done lately!
Reason number 1: I made this pair for me 🤩 & it’s getting me VERY excited for summer ☀️
Reason number 2: Pink & Lilac are my 2 favourite colours so put them together with a bit of sparkle and I’m in heaven ✨
Reason number 3: This fabric is TO DIE FOR! It’s from one of my absolute favourite places @newcrafthouse and the loooovely Hannah & Rosie let me grab some for this project before it went up for sale which made me feel like a total VIP 😂
Here’s a little run through of how we made the shoes…
Step 1 - I used The New Craft house’s beautiful fabric to cover both the insoles and stiletto heels, before hammering in some beige heel tips.
Step 2 - Next, I attached two straps in the same fabric to each shoe
Step 3 - Then, I added in a white insole sock.
Step 4 - After that, I added another smaller strap to bring the rest of the fabric together, making a little bow effect before gluing and hammering on the soles.
Estimated time to make = 4 hours
